Chanel’s Global CFO Philippe Blondiaux to Retire
Chanel has announced the upcoming retirement of its global Chief Financial Officer, Philippe Blondiaux, who will conclude his 15-year tenure in the role at the end of 2026. Blondiaux joined the iconic French luxury house in 2011, bringing with him a wealth of experience from an international career spanning finance and business leadership at Nestlé and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Chanel stated that a successor for the global CFO position will be announced in due course.

In a statement, Chanel lauded Blondiaux’s contributions: "Throughout Philippe’s tenure, his ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence has allowed Chanel to invest confidently in the future while maintaining strong financial performance. He has been instrumental in strengthening our financial position and long-term ambitions, driving modernization efforts, major investments in real estate, and expanding our global boutique network." The company also highlighted his broader impact: "Beyond his responsibilities as global CFO and member of the board of Chanel, Philippe has been a widely trusted advisor and valued partner across the house. He has also served as a board member of Fondation Chanel since 2024, actively contributing to Chanel’s philanthropic and social impact initiatives."

Alessio Vannetti Named CEO of La Perla Atelier
Alessio Vannetti has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of La Perla Atelier, a move that follows the acquisition of the Italian luxury lingerie brand in September 2025 by Luxury Holdings LLC, an investment firm backed by American billionaire and former Expedia CEO Peter Kern. Vannetti brings a distinguished background in the luxury sector, having previously held senior leadership positions at Prada and Zegna, and was part of Gucci’s leadership team under Marco Bizzarri and Alessandro Michele.

His career trajectory includes significant roles at Valentino from 2020 to July 2023, where he served as EVP and Chief Brand Officer, before returning to Gucci in 2023 in a similar capacity until the end of 2024. More recently, Vannetti has acted as a strategic advisor to Etnia Eyewear Culture and Allemandi / Intesa Sanpaolo, contributing to the strategic repositioning of the art publication Il Giornale dell’Arte. Paolo Vannucchi, who has been serving as CEO since the reopening of the Bologna Atelier last December, will transition to a strategic advisory role to ensure a seamless handover through the end of the current financial year. Vannetti’s appointment is effective September 1, 2026.

PVH Appoints Alexis Rollier as Chief Financial Officer
PVH Corp. has appointed Alexis Rollier as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Rollier will oversee the company’s global finance organization and all financial operations, reporting directly to CEO Stefan Larsson. Rollier joins PVH from Sephora, a LVMH-owned beauty retailer, where he served as Global Chief Operating Officer and Global CFO since 2018. His extensive 14-year tenure at Sephora, preceded by senior roles at Guerlain, Kingfisher, and LVMH, positions him to bring significant financial and operational expertise to PVH.

PVH CEO Stefan Larsson commented on the appointment: "Alexis is a unique global finance leader, who brings highly relevant expertise across multi-brand and omni-channel retail, deep financial and operational experience, and a strong track record of driving disciplined growth with profit expansion. Nordstrom Appoints Brooke Bobb as VP, Fashion Director
Nordstrom has appointed Brooke Bobb as its new Vice President, Fashion Director. Reporting to Chief Merchandicing Officer Jamie Nordstrom, Bobb will be responsible for shaping Nordstrom’s fashion direction and editorial vision. Her role will involve collaborating with merchant leaders and attending global fashion weeks on behalf of the company. Previously, Bobb served as Fashion News Director at Harper’s Bazaar, where she led fashion news and trends coverage across digital platforms. Her prior experience includes roles at Amazon Luxury Stores, T: The New York Times Style Magazine, and Vogue.

Jamie Nordstrom stated, "Brooke has a strong combination of editorial credibility and commercial instinct. She understands how people discover and engage with style today, and how to translate that into something meaningful for our business. We believe her vision will elevate how we show up for our customers, our brand partners, and our teams." Bobb’s appointment is effective August 2026.

Valérie Duport Elected President of Villa Noailles
Valérie Duport has been elected president of the board of Villa Noailles, the association responsible for organizing the International Festival of Fashion, Photography, and Accessories of Hyères. She succeeds Pascale Mussard, whose decade-long presidency has concluded. Duport brings a distinguished career in luxury communications, beginning at Chanel in the late 1980s where she held key roles in press relations and communications for their fragrance and beauty division, later expanding into watches and fine jewelry, eventually becoming International Director of Press Services and External Relations. She later moved to Kering as Director of Communications and Brand Image and currently serves as a strategic advisor to prominent institutions and companies.
Duport expressed her enthusiasm for the new role: "We are writing a new chapter in a remarkable story. This house has celebrated its 100th anniversary, the fashion festival its 40th, and Design Parade its 20th. These milestones reflect the strength and enduring nature of a unique cultural project, driven by teams whose commitment and energy I would like to acknowledge. More than ever, our times call for freedom, creativity, and boldness. It is our responsibility to nurture, support, and bring to light the talents of the next generation of creators.” The next edition of the Hyères festival is scheduled for October 15-18, 2026. Duport’s election is effective July 10, 2026. Villa Noailles noted that this appointment aligns with new momentum initiated by the appointment of Hugo Lucchino as Managing Director last October, and that Duport’s selection was a natural progression resulting from discussions with Pascale Mussard and consultation with public partners, ensuring a smooth and consistent transition.

J.Crew Names Kathleen Van Nest Pierce as President
J.Crew has appointed Kathleen Van Nest Pierce as its new Brand President, a newly created position for the iconic American lifestyle brand. Pierce joins J.Crew from Dyson, where she served as Global Beauty President for four years, significantly contributing to the tripling of its technology portfolio and establishing its leadership in the premium beauty device market. At J.Crew, she will lead the brand’s merchandising, design, marketing, and retail teams, with the objective of accelerating business momentum and driving long-term growth. Pierce will report to Libby Wadle, CEO of parent company J.Crew Group.

Alice Temperley Exits Temperley London
Alice Temperley is stepping down as Creative Director of Temperley London, the womenswear label she founded in 2000. Temperley has been the creative force behind her brand since its inception, shaping its aesthetic through a distinctive blend of craft, embellishment, and bohemian elegance. In 2023, she sold a controlling stake in her label to Dubai-based retail firm Times Square Group, remaining as creative director amidst a flagship store opening and wholesale relaunch. Looking ahead, Temperley plans to focus on a new independent project, collaborating with her creative network, family, and muses. Her departure is effective July 8, 2026. Temperley expressed her pride and vision for the future: "I am enormously proud of everything I have built at Temperley London. It has been the creative home of my life for over two decades. The time is right for me to pursue a new direction, one that allows me to follow long-held passions, with the people I love, on things that feel completely true to who I am as a designer."

Tory Burch Names Klitos Teklos as Chief Brand Officer
Tory Burch has appointed Klitos Teklos to the newly created role of Chief Brand Officer. In this position, Teklos will lead the company’s global brand strategy. He will collaborate with the brand’s long-standing Creative Director, Honor Brodie, overseeing global marketing, social media, and visual merchandising. Teklos will report directly to Chief Creative Officer Tory Burch and CEO Pierre-Yves Roussel. Teklos joins from the brand architecture agency he founded in 2023, which has served clients including The Row, Sol de Janeiro, and Gap Inc., where he was instrumental in developing its beauty category. At Tory Burch, Teklos will focus on fostering a cohesive vision across markets and channels to support long-term growth. His appointment is effective July 7, 2026. Tory Burch stated, "Klitos brings a rare combination of creative vision, commercial acumen, and operational rigor. Balenciaga Appoints Drieke Leenknegt as CMO
Balenciaga has appointed Drieke Leenknegt as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Reporting directly to CEO Gianfranco Gianangeli, Leenknegt will join the brand’s executive committee. She brings over 25 years of leadership experience in product innovation, brand building, and business transformation across global sports and lifestyle companies. Leenknegt spent two decades at Nike, followed by roles as CMO at Timberland and then Vans, where she most recently led brand repositioning and organizational transformation. Her appointment is effective June 25, 2026.

Nike Names David M. Denton as CFO
David M. Denton is set to join Nike as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Matthew Friend, who will remain with the company to support the transition until September 4. Denton will lead Nike’s global finance organization, working closely with CEO Elliott Hill and the senior leadership team to guide capital allocation and drive long-term value creation. He brings over 30 years of finance and operating leadership experience from global public companies, most recently serving as CFO of Pfizer since May 2022.

Nike President and CEO Elliott Hill commented, "David is a proven public-company CFO who knows how to help great consumer brands operate with discipline and invest to win. Loewe Appoints Eloise Hautcoeur as Global Communications Director
Loewe has named Eloise Hautcoeur as its new Global Communications Director. In this role, Hautcoeur will oversee Public Relations, VIP and Talent relations, and events. Her career in communications includes early roles at Agent Provocateur and Vivienne Westwood, followed by senior positions at Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta. Most recently, Hautcoeur served as Global Communications Director at Versace. Her appointment at Loewe is effective June 22, 2026.

Khy Appoints Laura du Rusquec as CEO
Kylie Jenner’s clothing label, Khy, has appointed Laura du Rusquec as its new Chief Executive Officer. Du Rusquec brings nearly 20 years of experience in leading and growing fashion and luxury brands. Prior to Khy, she served as CEO of the Danish brand Ganni and spent seven years as Deputy CEO at Balenciaga. She has also held various leadership roles within the Kering group. Du Rusquec’s appointment is effective June 2026.

Printemps Group Appoints Rémy Baume as CEO
Printemps Group, the French retail company that owns Printemps, Citadium, Place des Tendances, and Made In Design, has named Rémy Baume as its new Chief Executive Officer. Baume’s career includes operational roles at major conglomerates such as LVMH and Carrefour, followed by a tenure as CEO of childrenswear specialist Kidiliz Group in 2013, and then leading Zadig & Voltaire from 2020. At Printemps Group, he succeeds Jean-Marc Bellaiche, who departed the company last September. Baume’s appointment is effective June 8, 2026. The board of directors commented that Baume’s career path demonstrates "his ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence in a highly competitive environment. Coupled with his in-depth understanding of transformation, retail, and branding, this makes him a major asset in securing sustainable growth for Printemps."

Alexander McQueen Appoints Gianfranco D’Attis as CEO
Kering brand Alexander McQueen has appointed Gianfranco D’Attis as its new Chief Executive Officer. D’Attis will report directly to Kering CEO Luca de Meo and is tasked with leading the house’s next stage of development, focusing on improving financial performance and guiding the brand through the streamlining of its retail network and organization. D’Attis brings over 25 years of international luxury industry experience, most recently serving as CEO of Prada. His previous roles include senior positions at LVMH and Richemont in Asia, America, and Europe.

Kering CEO Luca de Meo stated, "I am very pleased to welcome Gianfranco to Kering. He brings a powerful combination of strategic vision, operational rigor and deep luxury expertise. His ability to sharpen brand identity while driving disciplined execution will be critical as we refocus Alexander McQueen and unlock its full potential. I am confident that, together with the teams, he will lead the house into its next phase of development." D’Attis’s appointment is effective June 3, 2026.

Laurent Kleitman and Marie-Hélène Chenut Appointed to Kering Board of Directors
At Kering’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), shareholders approved the appointments of Laurent Kleitman and Marie-Hélène Chenut to the company’s board of directors. Kleitman is the Group CEO of Mandarin Oriental, and prior to that, served as President and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior, as well as President of Coty’s consumer beauty division. Chenut held various roles at Chanel, ultimately leading the haute couture division and its ateliers for nine years. These appointments follow the departures of Maureen Chiquet and Yonca Dervisoglu, who have reached the end of their terms. The appointments are effective May 28, 2026. Kering noted that Chenut’s industry expertise and ability to grasp client expectations would be valuable assets, while Kleitman’s experience in managing global luxury brands and his strong financial and strategic background would benefit the board.

Lanvin Appoints Barbara Werschine as CEO
Lanvin has appointed Barbara Werschine as Chief Executive Officer of the French heritage house, succeeding Andy Lew, who served as CEO since July 2025 and will transition to Executive President of Lanvin Group. Werschine brings extensive luxury sector experience, including previous CEO roles at cashmere house Éric Bompard and leadership positions at Hermès, Celine, and Louis Vuitton. She will steer Lanvin’s global strategy, focusing on strengthening its European markets and accelerating development in the US and Asia-Pacific regions. Werschine will work closely with Artistic Director Peter Copping, who joined Lanvin in September 2024, to revive the brand through a strategic product roadmap. Werschine’s appointment is effective May 28, 2026. Lew expressed his delight: "We are delighted to welcome Barbara Werschine to the helm of maison Lanvin. Tod’s CEO John Galantic Exits
John Galantic, who took over as CEO of Tod’s in September 2024 after the company delisted from the Italian stock exchange, has exited the Italian-based company at the end of April, citing personal reasons. The company has not yet announced a replacement. Galantic’s tenure was brief, and his departure marks a significant shift for Tod’s as it navigates its post-public market strategy. His exit is effective April 2026.

Orebella Names Anish Agarwal as First CEO
Bella Hadid’s fragrance brand, Orebella, has appointed Anish Agarwal as its first Chief Executive Officer. Agarwal will lead the brand’s expansion into new markets and categories. Previously, he served as CEO of hair tool company T3 Micro, where he drove significant brand growth. He also held positions at Sanex and Colgate-Palmolive. Agarwal’s appointment is effective May 27, 2026. Hadid stated, "I was looking for a CEO who truly understands both sides – the discipline it takes to build a global business and the magic behind creating a world-class experience for our community. Givenchy Names Marco De Vincenzo as Head of Leather Goods Design
Marco De Vincenzo has been appointed Head of Leather Goods Design at Givenchy, working under the artistic direction of Sarah Burton. The Italian designer previously served as Head of Leather Goods at Fendi from 2008 to 2022, followed by a four-year tenure as Creative Director of Etro, overseeing womenswear, menswear, home, and children’s lines. De Vincenzo also ran his namesake brand from 2009 to 2020. His appointment at Givenchy is effective May 26, 2026. The company stated, "Working closely with Sarah Burton, Marco De Vincenzo will contribute to accelerating the development of the maison’s leather goods category, bringing his unique vision and expertise to support Givenchy’s next chapter."

Mina Piccinini Named President of Moncler Grenoble
Mina Piccinini, who has served as Moncler Chief Marketing and Corporate Strategy Officer since 2023, has been named President of Moncler Grenoble, the brand’s performance and mountain line. In this role, she will report to Group CEO Leo Rongone, while continuing her responsibilities as Group Chief Corporate Strategy Officer, reporting to Executive Chair Remo Ruffini. Her appointment is effective May 22, 2026. In an internal announcement, the company stated that Piccinini will be "responsible for the entire Grenoble business, guiding the end-to-end strategy to bring Moncler Grenoble to the next step in terms of brand positioning and business performance."

Moncler Promotes Rod Manley to CMO
Rod Manley, who joined Moncler as Chief International Brand Officer in January 2025, has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. He will report to Chief Brand Officer Gino Fisanotti. Prior to Moncler, Manley served as CMO of Burberry and held senior roles at Calvin Klein and Armani. His promotion is effective May 22, 2026. The company stated that in this role, "Rod will lead the development and implementation of our global and integrated marketing strategies, ensure coherence and enhance synergies across the brand, continuing to strengthen a unified, meaningful and impactful narrative across all regions and key markets."

Celebrity makeup artist Wendy Rowe has been appointed Makeup Artist and Beauty Editor of Harvey Nichols. Rowe, known for her work with clients such as Nicole Kidman, Victoria Beckham, and Elle Fanning, will shape the department store’s beauty content and strategy. Her extensive career includes artistic consultancy for Burberry for 15 years, where she was instrumental in developing Burberry Beauty, and a role as Creative Director at Max Factor, leading product innovation. Gap Inc. Appoints Donald Kohler as CEO of Banana Republic
Donald Kohler will join Gap Inc. in July 2026 as Global Brand President and CEO of Banana Republic. Kohler most recently served as CEO of PVH Americas, overseeing Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. His prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Burberry, Ferragamo, and Diesel, and notably, a decade at Gap Inc. in merchandising leadership roles across Gap, GapKids, and BabyGap.

Stefano Rosso Appointed Chair of Aura Blockchain Consortium
Stefano Rosso has been appointed the new Chair of the Aura Blockchain Consortium, succeeding Lorenzo Bertelli of Prada Group, who will remain on the board. Rosso, who has been a board member of Aura since OTB Group joined the consortium in 2021, will lead the organization in its mission to add digital traceability to the luxury supply chain via blockchain technology. The Aura Blockchain Consortium, founded in 2021 by LVMH, OTB Group, Prada Group, and Richemont, now includes over 50 luxury brands and has registered more than 80 million products on its blockchain. The Chair role rotates every five years to ensure equality and collaboration.

Rosso stated, "Today, Aura represents far more than a technology platform. It embodies a vision for the future of luxury. Taking on this role is both an honor and a responsibility. In a context where trust is becoming increasingly central, our ambition is to help define a global standard that ensures transparency, protection, and value throughout the entire product lifecycle." His appointment is effective April 29, 2026.

Sol de Janeiro Appoints Jordan Saxemard as CEO
Sol de Janeiro, the Brazilian-inspired beauty brand, has named Jordan Saxemard as its new Chief Executive Officer. Saxemard takes over from founder Heela Yang, who will be exiting the business. Saxemard joined the brand in October 2025 as Global Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, following leadership positions at Dyson and Coty. He will be responsible for scaling Sol de Janeiro and overseeing its operations.

Reinold Geiger, L’Occitane Group Chair and CEO, commented, "Jordan Saxemard has already made a significant impact at Sol de Janeiro. Casablanca Appoints Didier Nguyen as CEO
Paris-based fashion house Casablanca has appointed Didier Nguyen as its new Chief Executive Officer. Nguyen brings extensive experience from key roles at Amiri, Saint Laurent, Dior, and Givenchy, among others. His appointment marks a pivotal moment for Casablanca as it continues its global expansion and reinforces its position at the intersection of sport, travel, culture, and luxury. Nguyen succeeds former CEO Frederick Lukoff, who will transition to a senior advisory position. Nguyen’s appointment is effective April 27, 2026. Lululemon Names Heidi O’Neill as CEO
Heidi O’Neill, who departed her role as Nike’s President of Consumer, Product and Brand in May 2025, has been appointed CEO of Lululemon. O’Neill spent 27 years at Nike, where she was instrumental in driving many of the company’s growth and innovation initiatives. Prior to her executive roles, she served as VP and General Manager of Nike’s Global Women’s division for seven years. O’Neill also serves on the boards of directors for Spotify Technology and Hyatt Hotels. She will also join Lululemon’s board and be based in Vancouver. Her appointment is effective September 8, 2026.

Marti Morfitt, Executive Chair of Lululemon’s Board of Directors, stated, "Heidi is an inspiring leader and proven, consumer-driven brand strategist, with a rare ability to both imagine a new future for a brand and to create the structure and processes to deliver on that vision. Ganni CEO Laura du Rusquec Steps Down
Laura du Rusquec is stepping down as CEO of Ganni to "pursue other opportunities," according to the company. She joined the Danish brand in April 2024, succeeding Andrea Baldo, and previously held the position of Deputy CEO at Balenciaga. Ganni has appointed Hans Hoegstedt as interim CEO, effective immediately. Founders Nicolaj and Ditte Reffstrup will remain involved, with Ditte continuing as Creative Director. The company expressed its gratitude: "The entire Ganni organization extends its sincere gratitude for Laura’s commitment and contribution over the last two years, and wishes her every success for the future." Du Rusquec’s departure is effective April 2026.

Apple CEO Tim Cook to Step Down, John Ternus Named Successor
Apple has announced that Tim Cook will step down as CEO in September 2026, handing over the reins to John Ternus, currently Apple’s Head of Hardware Engineering. This transition marks the end of Cook’s 15-year tenure as Apple’s second CEO. Cook will join the company’s board of directors as Executive Chair, where he will continue to assist the company by engaging with global policymakers and other strategic tasks. During his leadership, Apple’s market capitalization grew from approximately $350 billion to $4 trillion, a more than 1,000% increase. Cook oversaw the introduction of key products and services such as the Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple Vision Pro, iCloud, Apple Pay, and the App Store. Ternus, an Apple veteran of 25 years, has been instrumental in the launch of product lines including the iPad, AirPods, and multiple iPhone generations.

Cook stated, "It has been the greatest privilege of my life to be the CEO of Apple and to have been trusted to lead such an extraordinary company. John Ternus has the mind of an engineer, the soul of an innovator, and the heart to lead with integrity and honor." The succession is effective September 1, 2026.

Jacquemus Appoints Laetitia Manfredi as Chief Product and Merchandising Officer
Parisian brand Jacquemus has appointed Laetitia Manfredi as its Chief Product and Merchandising Officer. Manfredi brings over 20 years of experience in fashion and luxury, most recently serving as Director of Women’s Accessories at Christian Dior Couture. Bryan Fry Joins Woolmark as CEO
Australian Wool Innovation (AWI), the woolgrowers’ association behind The Woolmark Company, has appointed Bryan Fry as its new CEO, effective immediately. Fry most recently served as Chairman and Global CEO of Pernod Ricard Winemakers. He succeeds John Roberts, who has led AWI since October 2021. Fry joins AWI at a critical juncture, with the Australian wool market implementing its most significant price hike in three decades and Woolmark continuing its efforts to encourage designers to use merino wool.

Béatrice Goasglas Appointed CEO of Tag Heuer
Tag Heuer Americas President Béatrice Goasglas has been promoted to CEO of the LVMH-owned watchmaker. Goasglas began her career in 2007 at Sephora as a CRM project manager consultant, followed by roles at L’Oréal, The Kooples, and the French ready-to-wear group SMCP. Her career at Tag Heuer began in 2018 as VP of Digital and Client Experience, later becoming Asia-Pacific Managing Director and most recently Americas President. This appointment follows the departure of former CEO Antoine Pin in mid-January.
